Skill Vault sells digital products only. This policy explains how delivery works in place of physical shipping.
There is no physical shipping involved. On successful payment, you get instant access to a download link for your e-book (PDF format) on the confirmation page, along with a backup link if applicable.
Delivery is instant, immediately after your payment is confirmed. If you face any issue accessing your download, contact us and we will resend the link promptly.
As our products are digital and delivered instantly, exchanges are not applicable. If you face an issue with the product you received, please reach out to us and we will help resolve it.
