This policy applies to purchases of digital products (e-books) made on skill-vault.in.
Since our products are digital and delivered instantly upon successful payment, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed.
We offer a refund within 7 days of purchase only if the e-book has not been downloaded or accessed, or in case of a genuine payment error (e.g. duplicate charge, failed transaction where amount was debited). To request a refund, contact us with your payment details at contact@skill-vault.in or on WhatsApp at +91 84528 07830.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refund requests made after the ebook has been downloaded, or after the 7-day window, will not be eligible for a refund.
